D&D Resurrected!!!
May 13, 2008

We are gearing up for D&D! This revision has been about 8 years in the making. The return of Dungeons & Dragons in it’s fourth incarnation has created quite a buzz here @ Critical Effect. And rightly so. This new edition simplifies combat and creates an environment that is a bit more dramatic and lends itself to better role-playing. It seems much easier to DM and personally I am extremely excited about this release. I have not been giddy about D&D since the release of the 2nd Ed. AD&D rules book! We have a number of events surrounding this momentous release. There will be a “Release Party” on Friday, June 6th from 12-9. We will have demo’s available for the Miniatures game, RPG as well as some D&D related games. Continuing on Saturday, June 7th we will be celebrating Worldwide D&D Games Day!!! Saturday we are also planning a D&D 3.5 game, a Forgotten Realms 3.5 game and possibly a AD&D Game at some point. In addition we will put a D&D twist on some other Party games. D&D Family Feud sound fun?!?!?! Continuing the Fun towards the end of the month, Critical Effect Games will be participating in Free RPG Day! On June 21st we will have some adventures, modules, quick-start rules and other RPG goodies lined up to pass out. Come in and get a unreleased D&D quick-start adventure, or perhaps you wanna try out the new Hunter: The Vigil by White Wolf Publishing. Come on in and pick your poison.
